How it works

Each job posting listed at checkthisjob.com/company_name/ has a monetary reward attached to it. All the company's employees have access to all job postings by default.

If they think that their friend or acquaintance might be a good fit for a particular position, they can get their own referral links to share.

If their friend or acquaintance is interested in pursuing the position, they can get connected with a company recruiter to start the hiring process.

Once the candidate is hired, the monetary reward will be distributed among all the members of the referral chain. It will be paid out once the employee passes the initial onboarding or trial phase.

Reward distributions

Here is a rundown of how the reward distribution works:

The first referrer — the company employee — always gets a minimum of 40% of the total amount.

The last referrer — the one who brings in a candidate — always gets a minimum of 30% of the total amount.
